Remarks:

Bij directe type (IgE gemedieerd) of ernstige uitgestelde (niet IgE gemedieerde) penicilline allergie

General comments

Meestal virale verwekkers (o.a. RSV bij kinderen) waarvoor antibiotica niet geïndiceerd zijn.
