General comments
Risocofactoren gonorroe:
- indien (snel‐)diagnostiek niet mogelijk is
- er een risico bestaat dat de patiënt niet voor follow-up verschijnt
- bij een grote kans op gonorroe: purulente afscheiding uit de penis, contact met bewezen gonorroe patiënt
PCR neisseria gonorrhoeae en chlamydia trachomatis op urine of urethra uitstrijk.
